‘Dilemma’ singer Cindy Sanyu reportedly opened a case against ex-hubby Mario–the Cayenne manager at Kabalagala Police station for the neglect of his duties. She reported that after they fell out as a couple, Mario has not taken care of either of them. The singer also accused Mario of deliberately taking over full control of the joint business they had a round town denying her to earn any penny!
The case was subsequently taken to court. Mario dragged the “Ayokyayokya” singer to court for the full custody of their 3 year old daughter. The case was addressed at Nakawa Court on Wednesday where the interactions between the two parties and the Grade 1 magistrate of Nakawa were indoor Sessions.
At the end of the day, sources revealed that according to Cindy’s financial status, she was to see the daughter only on weekends and Mario will have their little angel the rest of the days.
Meanwhile, Cindy’s lawyer has already appealed and the hearing is set for 26th of this month. Keep posted for the final decisions.
