Rihanna attended the official launch for her fourth women’s fragrance Rogue in Paris today (June 4).
The Barbados-born star arrived at the event in a grey leather bandage top and leather combat trousers.
The event comes a day after the ‘Stay’ singer caused a stir at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (CFDA) by wearing a sheer dress.
The lead up to Rogue’s launch event hasn’t been without its own controversy. A poster for Rihanna’s perfume Rogue is to be restricted in its placement, after it was considered inappropriate by the Advertising Standards Agency.
The advertising watchdog deemed the poster to be “sexually suggestive” and will ban the advert where it can easily be seen by children. The investigation came after one person complained.
The ASA officials said: “While we did not consider the image to be overtly sexual, we considered that Rihanna’s pose, with her legs raised in the air, was provocative.
“Because of this, and the fact that Rihanna appeared to be naked except for high heels, we concluded that the ad was sexually suggestive and should have been given a placement restriction to reduce the possibility of it being seen by children.”
