Mungu Feni, who had been in Dubai on a business trip, reportedly missed his scheduled flight, news that didn’t sit well with his loved ones back home. Determined not to disappoint them, especially his kid, the gospel star made a bold decision that has since won him admiration from fans.
Sources close to the artist say the New Year’s Eve celebration will be a private, intimate affair, focused on family bonding and creating lifelong memories rather than flashy public parties.
In a heartfelt message, Mungu Feni opened up about the emotional moment that pushed him to act: “I had to go all the way because I promised them. When I told them I had missed my flight, they were not happy. My child reminded me that I promised to be with them for New Year’s. To keep my promise, I had to sacrifice just to make her happy.”
