The self-styled Ministry of Enjoyment has issued an urgent call to all its members: return to Kampala immediately.
According to the Ministry, the city is currently experiencing a severe “low vibe crisis” as the year 2025 comes to a close.
In an internal memo that has now gone viral, the Ministry outlined its emergency response: the End-of-Year Board Meeting, a rooftop gathering designed to restore the city’s enjoyment levels to maximum.
The event will feature premium grills, top DJs of 2025, elite drink brands, and a strict zero tolerance policy for boredom.
Notably, the Ministry encourages all participants – including those who enjoy the occasional tipple –to attend responsibly, ensuring the Enjoyment Index stays firmly afloat.
The summit promises to unite long-time enthusiasts, including Bandali Rise veterans, Acacia Avenue
squads, and Kyadi loyalists, in a neutral rooftop zone cantered on good food, great music, and unforgettable moments.
While the venue, exact date, and ticketing details remain classified, attendees are assured of sunset views and unparalleled festivities.
Members are advised to pack festive outfits, rally their squads, and return to the city without delay–the city’s vibe depends on it.
