Reality TV star Mami Deb, real name Deborah Nantongo Cleave, has announced her departure from the popular Ugandan reality show Kampala Crème.

In a heartfelt social media statement, Mami Deb revealed that she will not be returning for the show’s upcoming season.
“After much thought and reflection, I’ve made the decision that I will not be returning for the next season of Kampala Crème,” she wrote. “Being part of this incredible show from the very beginning has been one unforgettable experience — one filled with laughter, lessons, growth, and some truly wild moments! It has been one crazy ride, but this is my stop.”
Mami Deb went on to express gratitude to Nandu Productions, MultiChoice, DStv, Showmax, and her fellow cast members for making her journey memorable.
“I want to take a moment to thank Nandu Productions, MultiChoice, everyone at DStv and Showmax, and of course, my fellow cast members who made this journey so interesting. I will forever be grateful for the memories we’ve created together and the stories we’ve shared with the world,” she added.
While she didn’t reveal details about her next move, Mami Deb hinted that she’s ready for new beginnings.
“As I close this chapter, I do so with nothing but love and gratitude — and I look forward to my next adventure with excitement and an open heart.”
