Musician Sizza Man is under scrutiny following allegations of child neglect brought to light by Nanyonga Mariam, a resident of Pallisa District.

Nanyonga claims that her relationship with Sizza Man began during a Telecom company promotion event in Pallisa, where they became intimate, resulting in her pregnancy at the age of 15.
A student in Senior 2 at the time, Nanyonga alleges she informed Sizza Man about the pregnancy, but he suggested an abortion. She refused and later gave birth to a son, named Kayemba Andrew.
“I tried contacting him after the boy was born, but I couldn’t reach him,” Nanyonga said. She claims Sizza Man provided her with the contact of Master Parrot, who advised her to bring the child to his father.
Following these instructions, Nanyonga visited Firebase headquarters, where she met musicians Buchaman and Bobi Wine. According to her, Sizza Man acknowledged the child, who was nicknamed Buju Banton. She further alleged that Bobi Wine and Buchaman offered her money for shopping and promised to facilitate a connection with the child’s grandparents.
Nanyonga recounted her attempts to involve Sizza Man’s family, stating, “When I contacted Sizza Man, he told me to take the child to his parents. I went with Lil Pazo and met his father, who said I had no right to bring the child to him and that Sizza Man had to do it himself.” She claims she returned with the child at age seven, only to face the same rejection.
Raising her son single-handedly with support from her late father, Nanyonga said she received no financial assistance from Sizza Man.
“After my dad’s death, I told him I was stuck, and he promised to find a solution, but that’s where it ended. He even changed his number,” she revealed.
In a distressing development, Nanyonga alleged that when she temporarily left her son with Sizza Man’s parents due to travel, the child ran away, citing mistreatment and segregation, particularly from his grandfather.
“When I met my child, I asked him about the theft allegations. He swore he never stole anything, saying he only took 20,000 UGX to escape the harsh treatment,” she said.
Visibly emotional, Nanyonga broke down in tears, pleading with Sizza Man to take responsibility for their son and introduce him to his family. “I just want him to step up for his son,” she said.
