Ugandan musician Geoffrey Lutaaya has been dragged to court for allegedly failing to pay a debt. The debt is amounts to 7.8 million shs owed to city business man Godfrey Kibalizi.
Lutaaya of former Eagle’s production has been summoned by Makindye Magistrates court.
He must enter appearance within 14 days from the date he receives the summons to defend himself against the suit.
The artiste recently held a wedding reception with Irene Namatovu in Rakai where he is believe to have spent over 1.2 billion shillings.
