Renowned motivational speaker and political activist Frank Gashumba has revealed that his daughter, Sheilah Gashumba, lent him UGX 100 million while she was still in Senior Four.
Speaking in a recent interview on Radio 4 Uganda, Frank shared that the money came at a time when he was facing a financial challenge.
He needed to add UGX 100 million to his savings to close a major business deal.
According to Frank, Sheilah had already started doing business by then.
She was importing sunglasses, hair weaves, and wigs from countries like Brazil, which she sold to celebrities in Uganda.
This early hustle allowed her to support her father in a significant way.
Over the years, Sheilah Gashumba has become one of Uganda’s well-known socialites and media personalities.
Her strong bond with her father continues to stand out in the public eye, with many admiring their relationship and mutual support.
