Shakib Lutaaya has issued a heartfelt public apology to his wife, Zari Hassan, following the circulation of a video that sparked cheating allegations and ignited controversy online.
The video, which recently surfaced on social media, allegedly showed Shakib in a compromising moment with an unidentified woman, leading to widespread speculation about the state of his marriage.
In the controversial clip, Shakib was seen exchanging pleasantries and shaking hands with the unnamed woman, a gesture that many interpreted as flirtatious.
Responding to the uproar, Shakib took to social media on Saturday night to address the situation and clarify his actions. In a candid video, he expressed remorse and sought to set the record straight.
“That person and I are not dating; I just know that person,” he stated. “I am here to apologize publicly because my mistake went public. It wasn’t my intention to disrespect my wife, my family, and my friends because the video went public.”
Shakib’s apology comes as an attempt to mend the fallout from the incident and restore trust with Zari and their supporters.
