The Katikkiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, has expressed his dismay over the recent violent clashes between musicians Alien Skin and Pallaso, urging artists to prioritize harmony and professionalism.

Mayiga addressed the issue during a meeting with singer Spice Diana as she prepares for her upcoming concert.
“It is unacceptable for artists to engage in fights,” the Katikkiro stated.
“I know both Patrick Mulwana, known as Alien Skin, and Pius Mayanja, popularly called Pallaso. They should have reached out to me before the situation worsened. I could have mediated and resolved the matter peacefully.”
Mayiga urged artists to focus their energy on producing music rather than resorting to physical confrontations, which he described as unproductive and damaging.
The Katikkiro also extended an open invitation to mediate and reconcile the two musicians, encouraging all artists to seek peaceful solutions for their disputes.
