Promoter Bajjo has turned his focus toward singer Cindy Sanyu accusing her of destroying Uganda’s music industry.
In a recent interview with a local television station, Bajjo accused Cindy of having a “bad heart” and obstructing the growth of Ugandan music.
According to him, Cindy’s refusal to support fellow artists and participate in key events shows her lack of commitment to the industry.
Bajjo particularly highlighted Cindy’s decision not to promote upcoming artist Acidic Vokoz, despite being repeatedly asked to make a promotional drop for him.
He also mentioned her absence from Sheebah Karungi’s recent concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval as further evidence of her unwillingness to support her peers.

“Cindy is an envious person with a bad heart. She is one of the people stifling this industry. She refused to make a drop for Acidic Vokoz despite being begged repeatedly. She also didn’t show up for Sheebah’s concert. She’s not a good person at all,” Bajjo expressed during the interview.
Bajjo further pointed out that as the President of the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA), Cindy should be playing a role in uniting musicians rather than creating division.
He believes her actions contradict the leadership role she holds in the industry, raising concerns about how she fulfills her responsibilities to promote Ugandan talent and foster unity among artists.
