Frank Gashumba has urged Tamale Mirundi Junior to be more cautious in the future, now that his primary protector, his father, is no longer present to shield him.
Gashumba’s advice came during the burial of Joseph Tamale Mirundi on Sunday, August 18 in Kalisizo, Kyotera District.
He highlighted the fact that with Tamale Mirundi Senior gone, Junior may face challenges that his father had previously protected him from.
The one who’s been defending you is gone; I want you to know that. It’s time to slow down. There’s someone who couldn’t harm you because Tamale Mirundi was around.
Gashumba also took the opportunity to remind Junior of a past incident where they had clashed. “This one, one time, attacked me, then he came and apologized while kneeling,” he recounted, sharing the memory that brought a smile to Junior’s face.
Despite the somber occasion, Gashumba reassured Junior that he would continue to offer guidance and support in navigating the challenges ahead.
