Nollywood veteran Ramsey Noah demonstrated heartfelt solidarity as he attended the late father’s vigil of his close friend, Ugandan comedian Idring Patrick Salvado.
The solemn event served as a platform for Noah to extend his support to Salvado during this difficult period.
The tragic news of Salvado’s father’s passing earlier this week brought immense sorrow not only to the comedian himself but also to his siblings and loved ones.
In the face of such grief, Noah’s presence provided a source of comfort and strength to Salvado and his family.
Noah, renowned for his contributions to the Nigerian film industry, arrived in Uganda alongside fellow actors Nancy Isime and Osita Iheme.
Their visit to the country was initially planned to attend the prestigious 2024 Ikon Awards, where they were set to participate and celebrate achievements in the entertainment industry.
However, amidst their professional commitments, Noah, Isime, and Iheme made a compassionate gesture by attending Salvado’s father’s vigil, highlighting the bond of friendship and support that transcends borders and industries.
The presence of these esteemed figures from Nollywood not only underscored their respect for Salvado but also showcased the solidarity and camaraderie within the entertainment community across Africa.
In times of sorrow, such gestures of support serve as a reminder of the importance of compassion and solidarity among peers in the face of adversity.
