According to a reliable source, Toto had received two prior warning letters regarding her behavior before a recent incident on Monday, where she appeared intoxicated on a show.

It’s been disclosed that Toto was on the verge of receiving a third warning letter, which would have resulted in her termination according to the company’s policies. However, she preemptively resigned from her position.

The incident occurred during the broadcast of the ‘Uncut’ show on Monday, March 11, 2024, when Toto reportedly insulted the show’s producer, Kasirye Badru, leading to an abrupt end of the program.

Additionally, it’s been reported that Toto caused damage to the elevator while leaving the company premises and displayed aggressive behavior while departing the headquarters’ compound.

Further details indicate that Toto’s frustration may have stemmed from a reduction in her salary, from Ugx. 6 Million to 2 Million, due to her repeated acts of indiscipline.
