Kanye West has revealed that his “only regret” in life is that his mother didn’t get the chance to meet his daughter North.
The rapper embarked on an emotional speech at his concert over the weekend, as part of his ‘Yeezus’ tour.
Speaking to the audience, West said: “These past ten years have been amazing, there’s been some ups and downs.
“I made some mistakes and I’ve made some accomplishments. There’s only one thing I regret. There’s only one thing I wish I could change out of everything that’s ever happened.
“I wish that my mother could’ve met my daughter.”
West’s mother Donda passed away in 2007 following complications from a cosmetic procedure. The rapper has admitted that her death left him suicidal.
