In this era of women emancipation, an umbrella body named END MINISKIRT HARRASSMENT will tomorrow make a procession from Makerere UH Hall to town where hooligans have taken the law in their hands and undressed women. The body is chaired by Vision Group’s Mildred Apenyo aka That Writer Chic.
