This will come as no surprise to many since rumors have been going around about the strong disagreements between Radio Mowzey and the manager. The intensity of the bad blood boiling in the Good Lyfe camp might result in the breaking up of the celebrated East African Duo.
The Good Lyfe crew is managed by Jeff Kiwanuka, Allan Kiwanuka along with their producer Bushington but lately there’s a strong conviction by certain sources that Radio and Jeff are no longer on talking terms and this could ultimately lead to the group splitting.
It has been reported that the disagreements in the GoodLyfe camp have been boiling in there for quite a long time but somehow the members have always been intact with no major harm apart from the secession of the not so impressive Red Banton, Diamond Oscar, Gift Ov Kaddo and G -Khast who quit a few years back.
The final blow came when Radio opened up a bar, Soldiers Pub in Wandegeya, which takes most of his time. This led to Jeff Kiwa publicly criticizing Radio claiming he is big headed and he invests more time in his bar than the singing career.
Previously the fights had been about money. Radio usually complained about the extra dimes their manager, Jeff earned from their sweat. It has also been suggested that the recent Weasel & Radio reconciliation with nemesis Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone did not go well with Jeff who believes the beef was good for their creativity and media attention.
Meanwhile, Jeff had suggested 02nd May as their launch date for their latest album dubbed “Ntuga Tuga” at Hotel Africana.
