Friday June 4th, 2021, Kampala, Uganda: Fast growing Ugandan cosmetics brand, Smukke Cosmetics has released its latest product; a line of lip glosses dubbed the optimus gloss collection.
The beauty line, that was started by former Ugandan supermodel, Meg Lusembo has taken Uganda by a storm, and the lip-glosses are the brands latest addition, after the launch of its contacts, lip sticks and eye lashes.
“The beauty about lip glosses is that you can wear them as a casual beauty option for when you don’t want to have a full face of makeup on. And that is why we felt it necessary to add these to our products portfolio” Meg explains.
She adds that the glosses, which have a high shine, long wear and are vegan, are also affordable.
“Lately, there is a high demand for nice and quality beauty products in Uganda, and that is why we decided as Smukke Cosmetics to make something that is top quality and user friendly,” She adds.
The lip glosses come in six different shades, including Lush, Posh, Drip, Prime, Grand & Dare, and are available at a number of locations around the city.
