micho sMilutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, the Uganda Cranes Head Coach, has warned the 15 other teams taking part in the 2014 Africa Nations Championships not to underrate his youthful team.

The Serbian born Coach told Supersport.com that the Cranes will not be pushovers in this year’s tournament which starts on January 11. “We are going to prove that we have bigger dreams,” added Micho.

The Cranes are grouped alongside Morocco, Burkina Faso and Zimbabwe. But although the Ugandan coach admits it’s a very strong group, he also points out that they are physically and mentality prepared to prove doubters wrong.

He said Uganda qualifying for the second CHAN tournament simply proves that there is abundant talent in the country and they have what it takes to battle with other teams.

“We want to qualify from the group and later plan strategically for the knock out stage. My youthful players can do the job,” added Micho.
