With the stiff competition among night spots, club Silk has since lost a number of prospective revellers. As a new strategy for 2014, the industrial based hangout, club silk has hired an expert and experienced lad in club managing and marketing, Danny Ssekamwa to help it compete favourably.
Club silk is one of the nightspot hang outs that has been around for quite a good time. It has succeeded in hosting several artistes both international and local. However, with the emergence of so many hangouts, night spots and clubs around, club silk has been losing it gradually.
Club administrators have since imported new state of the art music systems, redesigned the lighting and introduced catching theme nights in order to attract back partiers. And as part of extreme resolutions they have decided to hire Ssekamwa who, earlier this year, was working with Club Rouge as the Marketing Manager before joining De Posh bar.
