Makindye suburb is not much known for uptown residents or hangouts. The area has been branded a zone for hustlers and day by day bread winners. As such not many top notch spots have openned up unlike it’s neighbors in munyonyo or Kampala central.
Breaking the norm, a new top notch spot openned on Monday evening to amusement of many. While some wondered about the target clients, it attracted both high end and down town celebrities on it’s debut opening. In the heart of Makindye now lies coffee plus, a spot that identifies with high end services. 
Coffee plus is mainly for all your favourite coffee types but also for the ice cream that Makindye residents have been boarding taxis to get in the heart of Kampala.
‘Coffee Plus’ prepares all kinds of coffee in all flavours on top of serving both local and fast dishes in order to efficiently satisfy all customers.’ the manager revealed on the opening day. 
Some of the top celebrities that witnessed the grand opening were DJ Nimrod, Aziz Azion, B2C, Mc Ibrah, Feffe Bussi among others.
