Today, Uganda Communications Commission arrested Ashburg Katto, one of Bobi Wine’s social media henchmen.
Katto who made news this week for his narrow escape during the foiled Busabala press conference, is being accused of social media misuse.
UCC says Katto has been blackmailing people, circulating fake news and encouraging the spread of indecent media files.
UCC says they have also issued arrest warrants for bloggers such as Ray Supasta and Kakensa Ndugwa to mention but a few.
