Controversial singer, Apass is frustrated with Shell and Vivo Energy for allegedly ruining his car’s fuel System.
The singer has claimed that he stopped by Shell Fuel station in Bweyale to fill up his tank while on his way to Arua. He has gone ahead to say he was then given “bad fuel” as shortly after consuming fuel, the car started to slow down terribly with the dashboard displaying an orange light on the engine section.
