President Museveni will attend Bebe Cool’s upcoming “Golden Heart” concert, it has emerged. This after photos emerged online showing the President holding a promotional poster for the concert.
The “Love You Everyday” star has since come out to confirm that he has been in touch with the President and that he indeed promised to support his concert.
We have now learnt that the President has decided to come on board because the concert is dedicated towards a good cause. “I am supporting my son because he is not only hardworking but also progressive and consistent. While government has taken huge strides in ensuring that the health system is improved and that there is easier access to medical services by all Ugandans, initiatives like this from all Ugandans are a sign of patriotism. I encourage more Ugandans to emulate this young man Bebe Cool.” Museveni noted.
“I will come and enjoy with you, young people on this day as a sign of appreciation for the support given to me by entertainment industry.” He added.
The “Golden Heart” concert is dedicated to raising funds to help children with complicated heart problems receive treatment in India. It is slated for 3rd August at Kololo airstrip.
