Ashburg Kato has been released from prison after nearly two weeks.
The social media blogger and Ghetto TV proprietor was granted a cash bail of Shs 10M by Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Mary Babirye on Monday, July 16.
Ashburg is being charged for circulating pornographic material online.
Meanwhile the UCU student he is being jointly charged with Rukundo Lilian, was a no show in court with her lawyers informing court that she was ill having fainted numerous times.
The 23-year-old student was arrested last week for allegedly procuring and uploading videos showing her masturbating.
