Ugandan comedians Salvador and Emeka Collins Bareija are set for big things being nominated in Adara awards in South Africa. The pair has been nominated in the best comedian and of the year category alongside Nigerian comedians Basketmouth and Angel Gabriel.
The Ugandan comedian Bareija couldn’t hide his excitement upon receiving the news. He was quick to post on his Facebook page.
“It’s a new week, and I would love to really thank God for this far He has brought me. My first nomination ever is an international nomination with the Top African Stars in the ADARA Awards for “African Comedian Of The Year” in South Africa. I must say it’s a blessing being nominated alongside my brother Patrick Idringi Salvado, who I’ve watched since stand up Comedy started in Uganda and Basketmouth the first International Comedian I fell in love with. It’s all about faith, hardwork, and trusting God. Whoever you are, whatever you do.”
