Nakawa High Court has sent Kampala city socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black back to Luzira Prison to resume her 4-year-jail sentence. This came after she was deported back to Uganda from Rwanda where she had been hiding.
In a police statement the Uganda police issued early today Bad Black is charged of forfeiting her bail terms on top of embezzling money from a company she headed.

The statement read:
“Interpol Uganda working with their Rwandan counterpart yesterday deported, Ms Shanita Namuyimbwa alias Bad Black to Kampala, Uganda to face trial for jumping bail and others.
Ms Namuyimbwa was granted bail by a Kampala court but she shed the bail. A warrant of arrest was issued for her; she has been on the run.
Ms Namuyimbwa was recently arrested in Kigali, Rwanda but latter released because Interpol Uganda was still preparing the necessary documents to have her deported.
Interpol Uganda send a request to Rwanda through the diplomatic channels to have her extradited. The request was honoured and Ms Namuyimbwa was re-arrested and was deported yesterday.”
She will serve her 4 year jail term in Luzira if any petitions don’t come up again.
