If you ever win an award and Kanye doesn’t agree with it, best believe you’ll hear about it from the rapper. Bruno Mars recently walked away with two awards at the recent MTV EMAs but that was two too many. During his show at the Barclays Center last night Kanye decided to address the matter in one of his classic rants.

“When I went to the MTV awards, Rick Rubin hit me, he said, ‘are you performing at the MTV awards?’ I was like, ‘yeah.’ He said, ‘look man, just do your song and leave.’ Sure enough, I’m sitting there, I’m tryna enjoy motherf***ers performing and sh*t. I see Bruno Mars perform,” Kanye told the audience at the Barclays.
“And then they start giving out awards and sh*t. And Bruno Mars won all the motherf***ing awards and sh*t! And I was just thinking about what Rick Rubin told me, ’cause I don’t give no f**k about no TV show! What I care about is, if you an artist, and you work hard as f**k, and the streets say that you deserve that sh*t, can’t no motherf***ing networks try to gas somebody up so they can sell some product with the prettiest mother**k out!”
