The Club Dome returned with a bang on Friday evening with the first stop held at International University of East Africa(IUEA).
The Club beer sponsored event attracted hordes of university students who stormed IUEA parking lot for the fun-filled evening. By 7pm, the gates were already teeming with activity as campusers struggled to secure their entry to the show.
They were treated to several fun activities including games, performances from several artistes and crazy music mixes from top local deejays that kept revelers glued on the dance floor.
The highlight of the evening was when Irene Ntale stepped on stage at around 11pm, driving the crowd into a frenzy. She thrilled the audience with some of her hit singles that included “Kyolowoza”, “Gwe Aliko”, and “He Go Down” among others with her fans singing along. Other artistes that put up a memorable performance included Ykee Benda, Latinum and Ceaserous who all received wild applause from the audience.
The artiste performances were interluded with showcases from deejays who included Dj Apeman, Dj Dash, DJ Roja & Slick Stuart among others.
The party went on till late as revelers departed at leisure.
Club Dome is an event targeting University students and it will be headed to Mbarara next in late October.
