Jumia Travel Uganda introduces new payment option

Jumia Travel Uganda, an online hotel booking agency, has introduced a new payment option.

Booking and paying for hotels and flights on the Jumia Travel Uganda site has been made more convenient with the introduction of the “Pay at the office” option to suit the customers’ needs. The new option allows customers to book and pay for their selected hotel at the Jumia Travel physical offices located on Plot 47, Lumumba Avenue, Nakasero.

“At Jumia Travel, the customer is king, we take the initiative to provide innovative solutions to fit our customers’ needs. With these payment methods, customers are now offered with more payment choices, making it easier to go on that business or leisure trip,” says Country Manager Jumia Travel Uganda-Timothy Mugume.

Jumia Travel Uganda aims to continue making the site more user friendly and efficient so as to ease hotel and flight booking and allow more people to enjoy the travel experience. The other payment options on the site include Bank Transfer for both Dollar and Uganda shillings accounts , MTN Mobile Money and Credit card.
