South African Jazz singer Hugh Masekela is coming to Kampala again.
Masekela, who thrilled Jazz lovers at the Airtel Jazz concert that was held in 2015, is expected to jet in this Wednesday, according to the organisers.
The Jazz legend will headline a charity concert organised by Rotary Club of Kampala that will be held on Sunday, 26th February 2017 at the Kampala Serena Hotel. He will perform alongside celebrated Ugandan saxophonist Isaiah Katumwa. The concert will also mark 60 years of Rotary in Uganda.
The proceeds from the concert will go towards building a Rotary blood bank in Mengo and also construction of a Rotary Hospital in Mukono.
Tickets to the concert will go for 200K(ordinary), 500K(VIP) and tables at 5Million.
