Struggling Ugandan musician Papa Cidy, real name Hamidu Sekyeru, has gotten saved.
The secular singer, who recently parted ways with his longtime mentor and Leone Island boss Chameleone, has now sought solace in the Almighty. This after he gave his life to Jesus Christ over the weekend.
He made the life-changing decision on Sunday as he sought salvation at renowned Pastor Robert Kayanja’s church, Rubaga Miracle Centre.
This happened at the famous crusade by Pr. Kayanja dubbed “77 Days of Glory”.
Meanwhile, this comes days after fellow struggling musician Qute Kaye also got saved at the same church. The “Ginkese” singer revealed that he had been tormented by the spirit of promiscuousness, that had left him bundled in misery and self-destruction.
