If we had a dollar for every New Year’s resolution we’ve made to brush better, we’d have…approximately zero dollars. But then again, we aren’t dentists, are we?
The Toothbrush Fitness app acts as a personal trainer for you and your enamel, providing tips, timers and a 3D-animated guide to your mouth.

4. Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock
The only weird thing about this app is that, to use it correctly, it requires you tuck your phone into bed with you every night. Anything that requires you to snuggle with your 5C should raise some red flags, but this app checks out. It’ll help you track the quality of your sleep and feel more rested in the morning.

5. Daily Water
The Daily Water app is a constant reminder to drink more. Like an overly affectionate grandmother, this app will sound an alarm every time you should be drinking H2O.

Never destroy another relationship with your inability to remember important dates and information again!
