Uganda’s Blue Club members get VVIP treatment at Brazil Formula One Grand Prix

Last weekend, three members of Uganda Breweries Limited exclusive Blue Club were rewarded with a trip to attend the Formula One Grand Prix in Brazil. They included; Stanbic Uganda MD Patrick Mweheire and business honchos Bob Kabonero and Sidi Bagarukire.

The globally respected Blue Club is a worldwide exclusive club for Johnnie Walker Blue Label whisky takers.

Blue Club membership is limited to a certain number of people and comes with luxurious offers that include- 24-hour whisky delivery, a chance for a trip to the home of Johnnie Walker in Scotland, backstage experience at Formula One events and a private whisky tasting dinner with up to fifty friends once every year.

The Blue Club members at the Brazil F1 Grand Prix were accorded VVIP treatment. They were booked into the luxurious Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo and they were chauffeured in armoured Kia Carnival SUVs.

They had paddock access to the F1 cars met legendary F1 drivers including Lewis Hamilton who won the Brazil race on top of watching the races in VVIP areas.

They also met British business magnate Bernie Ecclestone who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Formula One Group.
