1. No shut eye.

Lack of sleep not only leads to various diseases but also affects your sex life. You need at least 5 to 7 hours of shut eye in order to wake up fresh and regulate your sex life.

2. Your physical fitness has gone for a toss.

Stamina, flexibility, capacity and strength are not just requisites for a good work life, but they are imperative on the bed too. You cannot enjoy great sex if you don’t indulge in sizzling foreplay to get it started. 3. Bad bedroom juju.
