In case you don’t already know it…dildos can be fun.
They’re a great companion if you’re single, they can really heat up a lukewarm relationship, and even keep you satisfied when your partner is away on a long trip.
But, just like all sexual relationships, there are a number of things to consider when you own or are thinking owning a dildo.
Dil-dos and don’t’s:
- Do get a dildo that’s made from medical grade silicone (they’re non-toxic)
- Don’t share your dildo without a condom (sharing is caring)
- Do purchase the correct girth and length (you size queen you!)
- Don’t forget to clean it after use (it’s also a great bathing companion)
- Do give it a pet name (Buzz Lightyear, Lord Pecker, Dick King…you get the idea)
- Don’t name it after your ex (especially if you’re involved)
- Do get you partner to pleasure you with it (and do the same for him/her)
- Don’t make your partner feel they’re in competition (jealousy makes you nasty)
- Do keep spare batteries (flat batteries are bit of a, um, buzz-kill)
REMEMBER: Dildos should always be about good vibrations and should never cancel our natural need for sexual intimacy with other people.
