The Miss Uganda-UK Beauty Pageant is back for the 6th consecutive year.
The pageant will see 9 beauties battle for the ultimate crown to be the next ambassador of the Ugandan community in the UK. The winner will also become the ambassador for the Child Sacrifice campaign Uganda with Jubilee Campaign UK, winning a two-week trip to Uganda to go carry on the work of raising more awareness to stop child sacrifice.
Miss Uganda UK, held under the theme ‘Promoting Beauty, Descent & Culture’, is a platform intended to raise the profile of talented Uganda women and attract tourism and investment into Uganda and the UK through the entertainment industry by encouraging Personal Development and Social Enterprise.
This year’s finale will take place on Saturday, 3rd December 2016 at the Ark Globe Academy in London.
