8 Things you probably didn’t know about AK47

Dancehall singer AK47 passed away on Monday night following a fatal fall at Dejavu bar. The “Champion” hit maker was pronounced dead just minutes after  being admitted at Nsambya hospital.

Here’s a list of things about AK47 you probably did not know:

1. He was the youngest in his family.

2. He is the first son to pass on in the Mayanja family.

3. He was the first in his family to have twins with his wife, Maggie.

4. He was born again at the time of his death.

5. He died at 25 years old.

6. He did not receive University education. AK47 branched into music after completing his senior six.

7. He joined the music industry as a producer before later deflecting to singing.

8. He comes from a family of musicians. His elder brothers; Chameleone, Weasel and Pallaso are all established artistes in Uganda.
