2. Take your time with the foreplay
Foreplays are enjoyable not to be rushed. Studies have revealed that women take longer to reach orgasm than men, for this reason foreplay is quite essential.
You should spend more time on foreplay as possible, it is what opens up your lady for what will happen next, you never want to stop too soon, so don’t stop too soon, you should spend upwards of 20 to 30 minutes before dishing it for the penetration sex.
3. Talk to her about it
