You have started to notice subtle signs of change in your girlfriend or wife and you wonder whether she’s cheating on you or not. At the same time, you would not like to face the fact that your partner has been unfaithful towards you and has been seeing someone else, right under your nose. It can both be shattering and agonizing. Below are some tell tale indications of a cheating woman. If she is displaying any or most of these signs, then chances are you might be in a relationship with a cheating partner.
She spends a lot of time “working”
Unless she’s looking forward for a promotion or has had one which has dramatically changed her work schedules, there’s no reason for her spending most of the day in office. Yeah she could be an ambitious person but coming home at 3 in the morning or not answering you calls and not even reverting on them is bound to sow the seeds of suspicion.
She smells of a men cologne that you don’t wear
She smells different… of some men cologne that’s certainly not yours. She couldn’t have developed a fancy of applying a men cologne herself! If you smell another man’s cologne on her clothes, hands or neck, then she may be planting her lips where she shouldn’t. Watch out.
Your Sex Life… Well… What Sex Life?
This should ring a bell because a major warning sign of a cheating woman is when she doesn’t want to have sex with you and is not even sexually aroused by you anymore. Dating a sexually subdued woman can be deflating for man’s ego. But what makes the situation worse is if she goes from wanting sex all the time to giving you the cold shoulder all the time. Perhaps her lack of sexual desire mean that her needs are being satisfied by another guy.
She’s suddenly on a self grooming spree
She has a new wardrobe; she’s hitting the gym regularly and is eating healthy. She might be looking to improve her health and lifestyle or she might be doing the extra laps for you. But if she gets home from the gym, showers and runs out (without telling you where she’s off to), then something is up.
She can’t stop talking about a male pal
Although if she’s into the other guy, she will keep her lips sealed about the other guy. But if she’s just entered a new relationship or just has started to like that person, she’d be talking a lot about that person on any or every context.
She gets defensive about herself
She thinks that you are out to get her when you are genuinely clueless about her cheating ways. She snaps at you when you just ask her innocent questions. When and if she answers calls, she reacts awkwardly, and refuses to give a straight to any question you ask regarding her whereabouts.
It is unimaginable to even think that you person you loved and trusted has been cheating on you. Don’t jump on to conclusions, after all these are just signs. Look at the bigger picture. Try to get some definitive proof of her cheating on you (you will need them while as a back up).
Most importantly- be mature, wise and careful. You don’t want to screw your lasting relationship with jealousy and paranoia, do you?
