Kinetic Management Group (KMG) in conjunction with Hope FC present 5 Star Fridays Uganda–#5Aside soccer tournament, a football tournament for top bars around Kampala kicking off on April 18th.
#5Aside soccer tournament is the battle of the Bars; 8 weeks, 16 Bars, One champion. Fans can join their favorite bar and hustle it out for the grand prize. The major aim of this competition is to reduce the gap between sports and entertainment.
“It will involve fans showcasing their dribbling and soccer skills while winning great prizes,” said one of the organizers.
Here is a list of the confirmed bars to take part in this edition of the challenge. They include; Route 256, Cayenne Bar & Restaurant, Legendz Bar, Zone7, Punch Line Bar, Cityville Bar, Bubbles Bar, Fusion Bar, Panamera Bar & Lounge, Casablanca Bar, Gabiro Bar, Dueces Bar, Fat Boyz and Asylum Bar. You can register and play for your favorite team by going to any of these bars that have already confirmed.
Uganda Crane’s Emmanuel Okwi who has ever featured for Etoile Sportive du Sahel, SC Villa, Young Africans S.C. and the Uganda cranes will attend the launch ceremony. Other Sports personalities including; Geoffrey Sserunkuma, Geoffrey Massa and ex BBA housemate Isaac LK4 are also confirmed to attend.
