You know that a friendship is real when two people spend months publicly insulting each other, then later decide to smile and pose for photos together.
Or, maybe that only applies to 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather?
In case you missed this whole fiasco, 50 Cent spent the better half of 2014 feuding with Mayweather. He went as far as calling the professional boxer illiterate and more or less did his best to humiliate him.
Things calmed down eventually, and in October, Fif told XXL that he had no ill will towards his former friend. “I don’t have bad intentions for Floyd,” he said. “I don’t want to see him lose. I don’t go to sleep and wake up like, ’I hope you f–king lose, stupid.’ ”
So maybe that counted as an apology?
Because on Thursday morning (Apr. 23), 50 posted a photo of himself posing with Floyd, captioned, “THE original MONEY TEAM, you gotta love it. My brother ready, may 2 don’t get scared now.”
He’s referring to Mayweather’s big fight against Manny Pacquiao on May 2. Guess it’s safe to guess that 50 will be sitting up front in support of his newly rekindled friendship.
