The year 2015 brought us Quantico, Blindspot, Wayward Pines, The Whispers, 12 Monkeys and Narcos just to name a few.
2016, therefore has a lot to live up to when it comes to brand new TV shows.
Here’s a list of new TV shows/ series that you should look forward to watching this year.
1. Billions – U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades goes after hedge fund king, Bobby “Axe” Axelrod in a battle between two powerful New York figures.
2. Colony – Set in the near future, Colony centers on a family headed up by Holloway and Callies who must make difficult decisions as they balance staying together with trying to survive. They live in L.A., which has been occupied by a force of outside intruders.
3. The Expanse – The crew of the Canterbury discover a derelict vessel which holds a secret that may be devastating to human existence.
4. DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow – Focuses on time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter, who has to recruit a rag-tag team of heroes and villains to help prevent an apocalypse that could impact not only Earth, but all of time.
5. Lucifer – loosely based on the comics, the show explores what happens when Lucifer “decided to take a vacation from hell in L.A and while he’s there, he learns a little bit about humanity working with a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department.
