1. He’s suffering from low self-esteem: If he’s not feeling good about himself, he wouldn’t want you to see him naked, and having sex while fully clothed isn’t such a good idea.
2. He ate too much: Overfeeding is another reason your man would shy away from rolling in the hay with you. His focus is going to be on getting his food down and breathing properly before getting into any rigorous activity. You wouldn’t want him to puke on you, right?
3. He’s truly, completely exhausted and may not be able to get it up: A tired man would be less than interested in having sex. The farthest he would go is taking off his clothes before he collapses into a round of fitful sleep.
4. He drank too much and is afraid he won’t be able to perform up to your expectations: Too much alcohol has been linked to loss of libido in men. So if you want some bedroom action tonight, make sure your man doesn’t take too much alcohol, or none at all.

7. He already took care of “the need” himself before you asked for sex: Masturbation is another common reason why your man may not be in the mood for sex. If he has already given himself a ‘good time’ a few minutes earlier, he may not bat an eyelid if you wiggle your Victoria’s Secret covered bum in his face.
8. He’s feeling insecure about something related to sex, like penis size, how long he can last before ejaculating, etc: This is also related to low self-esteem. If your man is not quite confident about the size of his ‘little man’, he won’t be eager to have sex with you, especially if it’s the first time you two are getting it on.
9. He’s turned off because you did something that reminds him of your mother … or his mother: The last person he wants to think of when you two are bumping and grinding is his mother or yours. So try not to mimick his mom or go all motherly on him. It’s a total turn off.
