Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose have officially reached a milestone moment in their marriage—the two are celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary!
The 30-year-old actress took to Twitter to commemorate the special occasion on Monday, sharing a photo from the pair’s 2013 nuptials, which also features the couple’s adorable son Sebastian “The Bash” Taylor Thomaz.
“Today was the day we said our vows before God and our Family. I knew as soon as I met u, u were the one for me sweetheart. Happy 1 year anniversary @mistercap and many more to come❤️,” the mother of one captioned the sweet shot in which she’s beaming with bride while standing beside her hubby as she holds their little man.
The 26-year-old rapper announced via Twitter in July 2013 that he had tied the knot with the stunning star. “Me and Amber got married today. Weddings this fall. Thought I’d let yall know,” the recording artist tweeted.
Just five months prior, the lovebirds welcomed their first child into the world. “Happy Birthday Sebastian ‘The Bash’ Taylor Thomaz!!! Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world,” Khalifa enthusiastically wrote on Twitter.
Wiz popped the question back in March 2012, and announced the happy news on the social media site. “She Said Yes!!!” the rapper posted, and included a pic of his fiancée’s hand flashing a gorgeous and blinding engagement ring.
Last year, the couple stunned together at the BET Awards, where they opened up about parenthood and couldn’t help but gush over their baby boy.
“He’s getting so big so fast. He goes to bed and then he wakes up and he’s a bigger baby. It’s unbelievable,” the proud mama marveled.
As for the hardest part about parenthood?
“Leaving him at home and going out and doing work,” Wiz told E! News. “That’s the most difficult, ’cause I just want to spend all the time in the world with him.”
“And I love her,” he added, giving a nod to his gorgeous wife. “And I see a lot of him in her.”
