A Ugandan woman called Julia Kawalya who is based in Boston America has undergone Surgery to raise her Buttocks and hips. According to a local blogger, Julia coughed $70,000 (close to Ugshs 210 million) for the surgery to raise her buttocks and hips.
A source reveals that Julia who had 278 pounds was feeling uncomfortable with her size and had no choice but to do surgery.
She said;
“Since the sleeve in January I have lost 104 pounds and dropped from size twenty to size eight. I will never be fat again. I didn’t only do my butt which is called a Brazilian butt lift, but I also had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo. My fat was transferred from my tummy to my butt and hips so I have nothing plastic inside me.”
She also added; “My whole aim of sharing this info is not to show off but I hope to inspire other Ugandan mums, that these celeb women we admire and look up to did it and so can we. In January at 278 pounds I choose to have weight loss surgery which I was lucky to have insurance pay for. I have heard Ugandans mums in many countries asking me how I did it? I even have the tellers at the supermarket ask how did you lose so much weight.”
Julia Kawalya appeared in social media news sometimes back when her romantic conversation recording with Farouk Sempala leaked.
The same surgeon who worked on her worked on Amber Rose before she got with Kanye. In the picture he is with Candy Flow a big American celeb.
When asked how she feels, the mother of two replied; “I have no waist and feels am sitting on a mountain. My dreams have been validated! Amen Amen and thanks for your prayers.”
