Kenzo’s song Sitya Loss has enjoyed unprecedented success since its release early last year. Sitya loss is arguably now the most viewed song online in the East African region, according to our music analysts.
According to our music analysts, the Sitya loss official video has over 13 million views on YouTube with the kids version also coming close with over 12 million views giving a combined total of over 25 million views.
While some may argue Wili Wili is the most viewed song on YouTube with 24 million views, it’s dominance only stops there. Sitya Loss, on the other hand, has enjoyed similar success on other social media platforms with the video garnering over 40 millions on Facebook.
“The videos uploaded on social media even make Sitya loss go to over 40 million views,” our music analysts argue.
However, the undisputed fact still remains that Eddy Kenzo is the first Ugandan artiste to hit over 10 million views on a single song on YouTube with no other artiste with at least half the figure.
Meanwhile, he will hold his Mbilo Mbilo concert on 14th August at Hotel Africana and entrance will be 20,000UGX and 50,000UGX for ordinary and VIP respectively.
