NTV Login presenter Robina Nambooze also known by her screen name Robin Kisti, has revealed that she plans to change her show. The motor mouthed TV presenter was asked about what people should expect from the show now that she is back from maternity leave and she revealed that a lot is about to change on the show.
The Presenter, who was born in Uganda and moved to the UK at 12 years before heading to the USA 8 years later, said that she is now planning to take the show international. Robin revealed that instead of concentrating on local events, a thing that all Ugandan TV stations do these days, she will play the international card and step out of the Ugandan event TV shows crowd.
“A lot is going to change. Login is going international because a few weeks from now, we will be travelling to South Africa to cover the three day Tribe One Festival, which will have over 350 artistes including Nicki Minaj, Tiwa Savage, our own Naava Grey, Keko and Maurice Kirya,” Robin told us.
“Of course expect more coverage of parties, one on one interviews and we are also contemplating starting a new segment with different artistes and celebrities within a studio setting,” the Bachelor of Arts majoring in Acting graduate told us.
The presenter who looks good now because she used to work out during pregnancy, praised NTV Uganda for supporting her through the whole time when she went for maternity leave and promised not to let them down by taking her show across the borders.
“They embraced me in ways I couldn’t imagine. It feels so good because people now take me serious, grown up and professional,” she said in praise of management of the Serena Hotel based TV station.
The Life and Hope charity member, also used the opportunity to reveal that she has a new record label called Vibez Entertainment, which helps in promoting and managing artistes. “So far, Allan Kutos and Philosopher are our main artistes,” she said.
We will keep you posted.
