After a long sojourn in the diaspora, struggling local singer Richard Kato alias Richie Kats is reported to be back in the country. He has been hanging out and splashing a lot of cash in several bars around Bugolobi and in the metropolitan Kampala.
Richie Kats who had been famed for splashing lots of dime around clubs and bars in Kampala till his wallet dried out recently was at club Rouge where he repeated his usual mercy deeds dishing out money and buying the bitter for whoever cared.
It’s believed that Richie all along has been in Germany on a well paying stint where he managed to save some dollars.
Rumors coming through indicate that the singer has been spending quality time with city glamour girl Shantal Ruby at his Nateete residence.
In other news, the young self proclaimed tycoon Kats as part of his philanthropy, will later this week execute a new project that is meant to benefit street children in Kampala. This will not be the first time that Kats is coming to the aid of people. It’s well known that at one time he saved kick boxer Moses Golola after being left heavily indebted by his former manager Patrick Kanyomozi and other charitable deeds are to his name.
