Musicians Radio and Weasel have thrown out Kibo Media managed by Bobkins Kibirige and entrusted their ‘Omwana Wabandi’ concert slated for May this year to their manager Chagga.
The concert which will take place at Hotel Africa People’s parking space was given to Chagga after the duo failed to reach an agreement with Bobkins on how they would manage the show and share funds.
According to a source, the duo who have worked with their manager Chagga for quite some time believe that he has the expertise to organize a highly successful concert that they and their fans will enjoy come May.
The “Amaaso” hit makers also said that they want to take on a bigger challenge since many people believe that they are going to fail.
Radio has clearly pointed out that this is their time to shine and show everyone that it is not about what Bobkins thinks but about their fans. The duo believes that their relationship with Nile Breweries will see them get sponsorship for their show and get them a very mega turnout under Chagga.
